Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Requirements
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be free of stains, odors, makeup, or other signs of wear.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
Refund Information
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If a replacement is requested and inventory is available, we will ship the replacement after the returned item has been received.
